Company ticket offices
The ferry companies have ticket windows in the terminal lobby. Ferry tickets can be bought there, and walk-on passengers can check in.
Tickets are also available at the outdoor car park (open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week)
Food & drink
Currently being renovated (closed to customers)
Bar and self-service restaurant with a panoramic view of the port.
Bar open from 07:30 to 21:00, restaurant from 11:30 to 21:30 (fewer services are offered during renovation).
Drink machines can be found in the lobby and service points.

WIFI
WIFI will soon be available throughout the Transmanche Terminal.
The building is open every day from 05:00 to 23:00. Smoking is not allowed inside the building.
Accessibility within the terminal :
More than two million cars and two million heavy trucks pass through the Port of Calais every year. For your safety, it is asked to you to use the pedestrian paths and to hold childrens' hands. Remain attentive at all times and stay aware of truck movements.

During your check-in with the ferry company, you will receive a paper tag indicating the pre-boarding line in which you should wait.
Services in the pre-boarding area :
Service points
3 service points are located in the pre-boarding area which contain washroom facilities (WC and showers), hot drink and snack machines. Follow the signs to locate these areas. Take care to follow the pedestrian paths found at the start of the pre-boarding lines.
Pre-boarding area information :
A VMS installation project (Variable Message Sign) is underway. These panels will display practical information concerning boarding and security measures to observe while at the terminal.
